Here you can integrate RSS feeds from other sites into phpwcms.
If you don't know what RSS feeds are, read here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS

Notice for Templates:
This content part has an own template. It is recommended when you change the standard template to rename it and to use the renamed template. Then you do not have any problems with an update and your template will not be overwritten.

Field descriptions

template:		Here you can choose the template for the display of the feeds. You can find the templates here: till version 1.2.6 /phpwcms_template/inc_cntpart/rssfeed/default.html since version 1.2.9 /template/inc_cntpart/rssfeed/default.html
RSS url:		Insert here the URL to the RSS feed. For example: If you want to show the RSS feed by Heise Verlag, insert the following address: http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise.rdf
items:		Here you can define how many entries will be shown.
cache und timeout:		Here you decide whether the entries are also written into the cache or not. Furthermore you can define how long they are written into the cache. With a click onto the dropdown menu you can define the time. Possible values are from 1 minute to 1 month. The standard value is the time that you also have defined in the file conf.inc.php in line 74.

The default template is used.

The feed of Heise News is used with the following link:
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise.rdf

and a maximum of 10 entries shall be shown.
